GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT THE HOUSE

What is included in the accommodation and what should be brought?

The available equipment can be checked in the tab of the house you are interested in. At the bottom of the page, you will find a PDF file with details about the facilities. This document also indicates whether the accommodation provides bedding and towels.
Guests must bring everything they plan to consume during their stay, as only the essentials for the start of the reservation are provided.
All our accommodations are rented exclusively to one group, guaranteeing total privacy. No common areas are shared with other guests.

Are there glasses in the house?

We do not provide glasses in the accommodation. Due to their frequent use and constant breakage, we cannot guarantee their availability. We recommend guests bring their own glasses if they consider them necessary for their stay.

When do the pools open and close?

The pools do not have a fixed season. They begin to open when the good weather arrives and close when it starts to get cold.

Normally, the pools are open from mid-April to the end of October.

How should we leave the house upon departure?

It is important to leave the accommodation tidy and in good condition before departure. The following points must be followed:
Take out the garbage. Otherwise, a penalty of €150 will be applied to the deposit. You will find containers at the entrances to the nearest towns.
Leave the furniture in the same place where you found it.
Leave the dishes clean and placed in their proper place or inside the dishwasher.
Empty the fridge of food leftovers.
Make sure the barbecue is turned off after use.
Do not throw sanitary pads or wipes into the toilet.
Additionally, the person making the reservation will be responsible for appropriate behavior inside and outside the property, especially regarding minors.

Are there cribs / high chairs?

In the houses in Cabanelles, we have one crib per house (without sheets, prior reservation, and payment of €20/stay).
In the houses in Montagut and Oix, we do not have cribs.
We have one high chair per house.

When do we pay the deposit and when is it returned?

The deposit must be paid 2 days before arrival. It is returned 4 days after departure, although it may take a bit longer depending on the bank.
If the two days before arrival are holidays, the deposit will be retained on the last business day before your stay.

What happens if I leave earlier?

If you decide to leave the house earlier than planned, no refund will be made. This situation is considered as a canceled reservation, and at that point, it would be outside the timeframe to receive a refund.

QUESTIONS ABOUT MAKING THE RESERVATION

How is the total number of guests calculated?

For better organization of the accommodation, we classify the guests as follows:
Babies (under 2 years old): They do not pay for the stay.
Children (from 2 to 16 years old, inclusive): They count and pay as adults, as we are required to provide them with a bed, even if they prefer to sleep with their parents. They do not pay the tourist tax.
Adults (from 16 years old): They are considered full guests and pay for both the stay and the corresponding tourist tax.
This policy ensures maximum comfort and optimal organization of each stay.

How is the rental price calculated?

The rental price is determined according to the following criteria:

Each accommodation has a minimum number of guests for which the house is rented. If the number of people is below the established minimum, this does not imply a reduction in price.

Guests can directly consult with the property the total price of their stay, distinguishing between adults, children, and babies.

Prices may vary depending on the season and special dates.

We recommend always consulting with the property to get a quote tailored to the needs of each group.

Can there be more people than appear in the reservation confirmation?

If you wish to add more people after the reservation confirmation, you must contact the property directly to check availability and the additional cost per person.

Under no circumstances is it allowed to increase the occupancy without informing the property and making the payment.

If an increase in occupancy is detected, the corresponding amount will be directly deducted from the deposit.

For occasional visits, please contact the property directly to inquire about the rates.

Is the final cleaning included?

The reservation includes basic cleaning after the stay.

On the departure day, you must leave the house tidied up, with the furniture in the same place where you found it, and take out the trash.

Failure to take out the trash will result in a penalty of 150 € from the deposit.

Leaving the house dirty will result in a penalty of between 30 and 60 € from the deposit, depending on the level of dirt.

Can I visit the property before booking?

At the Cabanelles houses, it is possible to do a pre-booking visit. To arrange this, you must agree on a date and time with Nelson. Contact the property for their contact details and to schedule the visit.

At the Montagut and Oix houses, pre-booking visits are not allowed without a reservation. These accommodations are located in a protected area, and access is only allowed with prior authorization.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, up to 2 pets per house are allowed, with a cost of 35 € per pet. Our property is pet-friendly, but please note that we do not offer additional services for pets, such as beds, bowls, or other accessories.

We ensure that pets are welcome and can enjoy the outdoor space, always respecting the rules of coexistence and the well-being of all guests.

Can we organize parties/weddings/similar events?

Parties such as discos, or the use of speakers or music outside the property, are not allowed in our accommodations.

Remember, this is an open space, and sound easily spreads throughout the valley. The Mossos d'Esquadra patrol the area, and any disturbance may be monitored by the authorities.

To ensure a peaceful stay and respect for the neighbors and the natural environment, we ask that you adhere to these rules.

When will I receive the booking confirmation?

The booking confirmation can take up to 2 hours to arrive in your email. If you have not received it after this time, please contact the property to resolve the issue.

Remember, it’s important to read the confirmation carefully to ensure that all booking details are correct.

How is the booking payment made?

The booking can be paid by card directly on our website or via bank transfer, by contacting us directly.

Important: Until the payment is made, the dates are not blocked.

The payment is made in two parts:

A 20% deposit of the total booking amount at the time of booking.

The remaining 80% is paid 8 days before arrival.

QUESTIONS ABOUT CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

How can I cancel my booking?

The cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: The full amount of the booking is refunded, except for 2% (+ 21% VAT) for cancellation fees.

Cancellation between 30 and 8 days before arrival: 20% of the total booking amount is retained.

Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival: 100% of the booking amount is retained.

If you need help canceling your booking, you can contact the property directly. We will take care of the cancellation process quickly and efficiently.

Can I change the dates of my booking?

We are not allowed to modify the dates of the booking. If you need to change them, you will need to cancel the current booking and make a new booking with the desired dates, following our cancellation policy.

Can I change to another racorural accommodation?

Yes, as long as there is availability, you can change accommodations, paying the corresponding supplement. Contact the property directly to arrange the change and get more information about the costs.

Can I add people or other extras after making the reservation?

Yes, as long as the maximum capacity of the house allows it, you can add additional people and other extras, as long as it is notified as early as possible (at least one week before arrival). If not communicated in time, we cannot guarantee that we can offer this service.

You can check the available services and extras for your accommodation directly with the property.

If you want to modify the booking to add more guests, the established supplement per additional person must be paid.

If you want to reduce the number of guests, you must inform us before making the second payment to update the price. Once this payment is made, no refund will be issued.

QUESTIONS ABOUT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

What time can we arrive and what time do we have to leave?

Arrival: from 17:00.

Departure: until 11:00.

If you wish to extend the arrival or departure times, you must consult with the property. Please note that flexibility with times carries an additional fee.

Can we complete the guest registration upon arrival?

No, check-in must be completed in advance, at least 2 days before arrival. This allows us to verify that the provided data is correct and send it to the Mossos d'Esquadra.

It is important to remember that, by law, this information must be completed before arrival. Otherwise, penalties can reach up to 10,000 €.

What do we need to know for check-in?

At the Cabanelles houses, you need to coordinate key collection with Nelson. You will find his contact information in the confirmation email.

 

At the Montagut and Oix houses, self check-in is done. We will send you the necessary information to access the keys in the confirmation email.
